HCoV-229E, HCoV-NL63, HCoV-OC43, HCoV-HKU1, MERS-CoV, and SARS-CoV-2 were detected in 0.5%, 1.0%, 4.0%, 7.4%, 0.0%, and 22.5% of patients, respectively. The acute clinical features were similar across subtypes. There was no report of fatality incidence among the population during the investigation period.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
